  1. Service requests
    In order to receive a permit, the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) shall submit a completed, signed submission in a free form - in person, by post, by sending the e-mail signed with a secure electronic signature to the MP.lietvediba@vid.gov.lv or in the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Documents - From Form - Information for the SRS Customs Board).

  2. Receipt of services
    The decision shall be communicated to the addressee via the SRS Electronic Declaration System (EDS), except where the applicant indicates another form of notification of the specific document.
    If the applicant is not a user of the SRS EDS and has not specified another type of notification, the decision shall be communicated to the addressee via postal services.
