Process description

  1. Service requests
    The annual State toll declaration for the rights of use of numbering should be completed and submitted electronically by connecting to the SRS Electronic Declaration System (Documents - From Form - Information Declarations and Reports - Numbering Annual State Fee Declaration).
    In the annual State fee declaration, an electronic communications merchant shall indicate the data specified in Paragraph 6 of Cabinet Regulation No. 828 of 17 December 2020 "Regulations regarding the Annual State Fees of the Right to Use Numbering".
    The tax period for the fee shall be a quarter.
    The fee shall be paid into the single tax account for the 23.dat of the month following the quarter.

    The service is received according to the request.
