Tax declaration for liquid used in electronic cigarettes, components of preparation thereof and tobacco substitute products shall be submitted to the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) by a taxpayer, who has a special permit (licence) in force for the activity of an approved tax warehouse keeper, as well as other excise tax payers, if the excise duty has been entered.
