Service requests
Taxpayers must register numbered receipt (ticket) and voucher books or electronic vouchers (health care service provider or postal operator) by submitting an application through EDS - “Documents” - “Form” - “Other” - “Receive number” - “Receipt registration”. application, or “Application for registration of ticket numbers” or “Application for registration of electronic voucher numbers”. Press the Check and Save button and then “Submit”.
Electronic registration of numbered books or electronic vouchers will be confirmed by e-mail. The registration date is the date of confirmation.
When registering numbered book in person, books must be present and the application is submitted in two copies.
To register new books, a report regarding the use of numbered books registered with SRS for the last quarter must be submitted.Receipt of services
